'Ghost' caught in dance studio mirror

If you scare easily, then this new ghost adventures video will leave you quaking in your boots.

Posted to Facebook group, ‘Ghost, Paranormal And Other Weird Worlds’, the footage shows a girl in a dance studio, practicing a new routine.

However when she sits down to take a break, she’s blissfully unaware of the supposed paranormal activity taking place behind her.

It’s not known where the footage came from but it appears to be from the CCTV of an unnamed dance studio.

The girl can be seen sitting down on the floor to take a break from the energetic routine when out of nowhere a figure appears behind her.

While the girl stays still, the figure - that is mysteriously dressed the same as her - turns around and looks at her before standing up and staring her down, just like a scene straight out of The Sixth Sense.

The girl carries on walking, unaware of what’s happening in the mirror.
