WATCH: Woman’s head crawling with lice on a bus

In the wake of horrifying new footage of a young Melbourne man whose feet and ankles were left dripping blood from sea-lice bites, another gruesome lice video has resurfaced today.

And it's not pretty. Look away now if you don’t like creepy crawlies.

A bus passenger has filmed a horrifying bus ride, showing a female passenger's head absolutely crawling with little critters.

Yes… bugs, in her hair. Everywhere!

The footage, believed to have been filmed in Mexico by an unidentified passenger, shows the back of a woman’s head filled with insects that are actually moving around on her head.

The tiny white flecks appear to be head lice.

They’re like having a party in her bun and she seems completely relaxed and oblivious to the fact that she’s being filmed.

While it's likely to be a severe hygiene problem and the woman's circumstances are not known, we're wondering how the person filming is still on the bus?
