She was given the heartbreaking diagnosis she had been born without a vagina when she was 18, and Kaylee Moats is now planning life-changing surgery so she can have sex with her boyfriend.

Kaylee, now 22, was diagnosed with a rare condition called MRKH (Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome) which means she was born without a uterus, cervix or vagina.
“When I didn’t get my period but my 12-year-old sister did, we decided to go to the gynecologist where they did an ultrasound and discovered I didn’t have a uterus, or cervix, or vaginal opening, and I wouldn’t be able to carry my own children,” Kaylee explains.
In a bid to help Kaylee live her fullest life, her sister Amanda has launched a GoFundMe page to help raise awareness and funds so she can have surgery.
“As you can imagine, it was hard to process all of this information and we were all heartbroken,” Amanda wrote on the page.
“As a sister, there was nothing worse than getting that phone call and knowing that my sister’s dreams for her life were changed so drastically in an instant, with nothing I or anyone else could do to make it better.”
Already devastated by her condition and admitting it makes her feel like "less of a woman", it's something Kaylee has become even more aware of after meeting her boyfriend Robbie Limmer in her senior year of college.
It took Kaylee a month to tell him about her condition, but Robbie admits it didn't change how he felt about his girlfriend in the slightest.
“When she told me, I had already grown to love this person, so it’s not going to make me love you any less,” says Robbie.
“The impact this condition has on my sex life is that it’s non-existent because I don’t have a vaginal opening," adds Kaylee. "Robbie is very supportive of that, and doesn’t focus on that part of our relationship as much because I’m not able to partake in that."
The brave Arizona local - who reveals her vagina looks how it should, except has dimpled skin where the opening is meant to be - is now taking the next step to have reconstructive surgery.
However, with the surgery considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance, Kaylee’s family are now fundraising to help her.
“We have decided to take this path and see what funds we are able to raise to help fulfill Kaylee’s dream. The cost of the surgery is [$19,000] plus hotel, counseling and airfare to Atlanta,” says Amanda.
