Johanna Griggs welcoming baby boy to the family
It’s an exciting time for Better Homes and Gardens host Johanna Griggs, with 2018 set to be an incredible year.
The 44-year-old former swimmer is about to become a grandmother for the first time and has just announced that her youngest son Jo Sweet, and partner Katie Buttel, are expecting a beautiful baby boy.
In an emotional Instagram post revealing the baby’s gender, Joe said she “Can’t wait to meet the little man”.
“Got to feel my grandson kick for the first time tonight,” she wrote alongside a photo of Katie sticking out her stomach.
“It was so awesome. Katie is looking so beautiful, and everyone is so excited. Bring on 2018...”
Congratulations have been flowing in thick and fast since then, with fans saying she’ll make an excellent gran and the “best looking grandmother on the block”.
Joh has said that her Better Homes and Gardens co-stars have already nicknamed her Joh-Nanna, and that she and husband Todd Huggins and thrilled to become grandparents when the baby is due in February.
Joh shares her two sons, Joe and Jesse, with former partner and House Husbands actor Gary Sweet.
After they separated in 1999, four years into their marriage, Joh found love with Todd, whom she married 11 years ago.
