Upside-down Christmas trees mocked for looking like something rude

It’s the trend taking over Instagram at the moment but one person has pointed out something bizarre about the upside-down Christmas tree.

People all over the web have been posting photos of their upside Christmas trees, which show them hanging from the ceiling instead of standing on the floor.

However, one person has noted that the trees resemble something very rude.

Taking to twitter, one user made a comparison between the bare upside tree and public hair.

“#WhatIDontNeedForChristmas An upside-down Christmas tree that reminds me of bush,” he wrote online.

Others have also posted online about their distaste for the new festive trend, claiming it’s just “not right”.

“If I walk into your house and see an upside-down Christmas tree, I may give it a little nudge because that’s not right,” one person said.

“Seriously, if you partake in this upside-down Christmas tree trend I don't think we can be friends,” another person said.

UK retailer Argos is selling an upside-down tree for $400 and Target in the US have one on their website for a whopping $1308.

However, the trees are both over seven-foot tall and come undecorated.
