Brazilian model insures her booty for $400K after live TV groping
When your body is your money-maker, it makes perfect sense to protect it, and that’s exactly what this Brazilian model has done.
Rayssa Teixeira Melo has taken out a whopping AU$400,000 insurance policy on her butt to ensure no part of it is damaged.
“I have to protect my assets,” she told Brazilian publication O Dia, before adding that after all, her rear end measures a total 110cm, so there’s a bit to protect.
The policy covers any type of maltreatment or accident that may befall her, and comes a year after Rayssa made headlines as the victim of an on-air groping.
She was filming a segment for a live infomercial for a sunscreen brand, and was playing the part of the model when the salesman’s hands wandered inappropriately.
Wearing only a bikini for the segment, Rayssa became uncomfortable and slapped him across the face, defending her right to say what is and isn’t ok to do with her body.
It was later revealed to her that the groper was set up to ‘prank’ her, but she was unaware of this and was understandably angry at what had happened.
Rayssa, who is also a YouTube star and dancer, has said her butt is only part natural, and she has had cosmetic injections to boost its size.
