Human Ken Doll keeps his own ribs in a jar
Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves made headlines around the world when he became the first man to have four of his ribs removed.
Now he has shocked once again by carrying his actual ribs in a glass jar while appearing for an interview on UK show This Morning.
The 34-year-old said he underwent the almost $50,000 surgery so that he would no longer have to get his blazers fitted.
“I have had to do this so I don’t have to get my blazers refitted as they were all too tight. Now they all fit again and my tailor will be out of a job," he told hosts on the show.
He said he is now extremely happy with his 20inch waist and made sure the whole procedure would be done safely.
“It can be dangerous for your organs. I had the 11th and 12th ribs removed and there is not much use for them. They did not cut too close to the spine,” he said.
Gender fluid Rodrigo said it’s been a very long journey but he is happy with the way he looks and that he stands out.
He’s had 10 nose jobs, including having it reconstructed using his rib.
