Snake found lurking in fridge

This snake rescuer was lucky he didn’t get frostbite after finding a python wedged between a fridge and freezer. When Max Jackson, from Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers, was called to a house in Caloundra, Australia, on February 14 he was probably hoping to be able to grab a cold beer. Instead, on opening the top fridge door, Max finds a relatively small snake coiled up on the seal of the freezer door below. Gently, the experienced rescuer lifts the baby coastal carpet python, a non-venomous species, from the appliance and to safety.
