Insta stars' breakup gets super awkward

A little post breakup mud-slinging among friends is hardly uncommon, but when it plays out on social media, things get a whole heap more messy.

At least that’s what happened for Instagram stars Alexis Ren and Jay Alvarrez, after she took to Twitter to tell her 600k-strong following that he wasn’t packing much downstairs. Ouch!

Unsurprisingly, the comment didn’t go down so well with Jay, who decided to hit straight back with a rather graphic video.

“I got 99 Problems & this ain't one babi #BeTheBiggerPerson” he said.

While he clearly thought that putting his package on display meant “being the bigger person”, Jay’s fans weren’t all that impressed and were sure let him know.

Jay later went on to say, “Body Shaming is never cool in any gender or situation.. Making someone feel bad about how they naturally are is only showing your weakness.”

But couldn’t help following it up with another dig at his ex, writing “But it's all laughs and fun for me if I can use her Low immaturity as a positive thing why no.”

Oh dear, make it stop!

The pair are kind of a big deal in the social media world, with Alexis having over eight million followers in Instagram alone.

Meanwhile one of their YouTube videos from 2015 has clocked up an eye-popping 23 million views.
