Sex doll brothels are bizarre new phenomenon

They claim you can hardly tell the difference between one of their dolls and a real woman, and a new trend has emerged for sex doll brothels popping up in Europe.

From Spain to Germany, customers are given the chance to spend time with life-like sex dolls, with brothel owners boasting this is the “sex of the future”.

LumiDolls opened in Barcelona earlier this year, and has four girls on rotation – Katy, Kanda, Lily and Yoko.

“Customers come to seek new sexual experiences and new ways of 'living sex',” co-founder Sergi Prieto told the Metro.

“Like us, they believe that this is the beginning of the sex of the future."

With clients able to request particular clothes and how they want their doll to be prepared for them, 30 minutes with a doll costs approximately $120.

It’s not the only brothel selling sex experiences with dolls.

Dortmund brothel Bordoll in Germany has recently opened its doors and offers 11 silicon dolls which all have their own names.

Owner Evelyn Schwarz, 29, says some of the clients of the ‘plastic prostitutes’ are quite open about their habit with their wives – who wait patiently in cars outside.

The dolls are now being booked around 12 times a day each, with Evelyn saying she has a lot of repeat customers.

“For many it is not a fetish but more of a curiosity. From those on benefits to judges. Seventy percent of men also come back,” she says.

Evelyn claims many wives react ‘with tolerance’ to their husbands having sex with the dolls, saying, "They see it as a toy".
