Escort’s advice to wife being cheated on with sex worker
If there’s anyone who can dish out relationship advice about cheating husbands, it’s a former sex worker, and Aussie mum-turned-madam Samantha X is doing just that.
The former high-class escort has taken to her blog to help a mum who was left devastated after finding out her husband has fallen in love with a sex worker.
“I’m married, it’s been 10 years and had recently delivered a baby boy 9 months only and I discovered that my husband is in love with an escort,” the woman writes.
“I’m still in love with him and I need to convince him to let go of her… please advise.”
For Samantha, who shot to fame in 2014 when she revealed she was more than just a single mum and journalist with her explosive book Hooked – Secrets of a High Class Escort, she’s quick to point the finger of blame at the husband.
“Your husband is a fool to fall in love with an escort,” writes Samantha, whose real name is Amanda Goff, on her blog.
“If there is something I can assure you of is that the escort is not in love with him.”
Going on to explain that the escort is simply doing her job, and the woman’s husband has not only fallen in love with the ‘fantasy’ of her, but the escape from kids, bills and work as well, Samantha urges the wife to be tough on her hubby.
“Say he has to make a choice between an escort or his wife and baby,” she advises.
“Nothing about this is your fault. He isn’t in love with her because of anything you are doing wrong. He probably feels he needs more attention – but this is not your fault. He is selfish and delusional.”
With Samantha announcing her retirement from sex work last October - in a move that coincided with her going public with her short-lived romance with TV presenter Ryan Phelan - could agony aunt be the next step for this controversial mum?
