Mum loses finger after her wedding ring catches in a fence
A mum has shared everything about the horrifying moment her finger was ripped off after she caught her wedding ring in a metal fence.
Chelsey Brown was watching her three-year-old son, Carson, Tee Ball game in Tennessee when she began to jump up and down, clasping her hand around a fence while cheering him on.

However she didn’t notice that her wedding band had actually got caught in the fence and when she went to move, she actually ripped off her finger.
“Today while at my son's tball practice I lost a finger. Literally,” Chelsey wrote on Facebook.
“I was jumping down from bleachers to go to the other side and watch my baby and my wedding ring got caught and tore it off.
“It was hanging on the bleacher post.”
Chelsey said her husband immediately rushed her to hospital where she was then airlifted to another hospital to see a specialist.
“There, they couldn't help me. The way it tore off they were unable to reattatch it and had to amputate the rest of it,” she continued.
“This was the most painful experience I have ever had. I'm so very thankful for the way everything went though.”
Speaking to The Leaf Chronicle, Chelsey recalled the moment she realised her finger had been severed.
"It was hanging up there ... I looked down and it was just gone,” she said.
"I just hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
“It's something so innocent, you'd never expect something like that to happen."
