Love Island's Kim's gorgeous pregnancy snaps emerge

She entered Love Island Australia as the first intruder, set to cause a stir between the ‘couples’.

But a few years before Kimberley Hartnett, 22, was bursting onto national TV on a quest for love, she was affectionately counting down the days until she became a mum, and a gorgeous one at that.

Stunning snaps of her have emerged from her pregnancy in 2015, just three weeks before she gave birth to her son Braxton.

Not only is the model rocking a blossoming baby bump, she’s also completely unrecognisable from the blonde bombshell we’ve been watching this week on the racy new dating show.

In one snap, the then 19-year-old can be seen sporting long brown hair as she tenderly cradles her bump and thanks her friends and family for “spoiling” her.

“Big thank you to all my friends and family that came to my baby shower yesterday and for all the amazing gifts,” she wrote. “Our baby boy is so spoilt already! 3 weeks until we finally get to meet you.”

Several weeks before she posted that she was counting down the days until she got to meet her bub, in a mirror selfie that showcased her bump in a figure-hugging white dress.

The single mum hasn’t revealed why she split from her son’s dad, Jamie White, but she’s said she would never put a man first.

“I would never put anyone before my son,” she told Sydney Confidential as she jetted in to join the cast in Spain.

Love Island — which is hosted by Sophie Monk — has been receiving some criticism over the sexual nature of its format.

Sophie, 38, was forced to defend the dating show to former Bachelorette Georgia Love who branded it “appalling”, telling her to “be kind”.
