Macca's are giving out free burgers today, here's how to get one

Nothing makes Monday more palatable than a free lunch, and if you’re a fan of burgers, we’ve got some good news for you.

In honour of International Burger Day, Macca’s have decided to give away 300,000 free Big Macs.

Unfortunately, to claim the freebie you’re required to do a little work, as the giveaway is all to promote their new app.

To redeem the Big Mac, you have to sign into their mymacca’s app and go to the ‘my rewards’ section where you should find a voucher for your free burger.

A number of smaller burger joints are also offering great promos today, so hit up your local to see what’s on special.

In Sydney, Milky Lane in Bondi is selling their gourmet burgers at just $10 each, and the Burger Collective in Surry Hills and Chatswood have a buy one get one free offer today.

Meanwhile in Melbourne you can head to Royal Stacks for a double patty, double cheese burger for $10, or get in early at Changz Canteen in Elsternwick for one of the 100 freebies they’re handing out.
