What MAFS' Tracey texted Dean before the Logies

He was the centre of one of the most talked about love triangles that played out on Australian television screens earlier this year.

But Married At First Sight’s Dean Wells just can’t seem to get away from the drama, even if he wants to.

Speaking to Be at the 2018 TV Week Logie Awards on Sunday night, the reality star revealed he’s not only started dating a new woman, but is continuing to be a support to his ex and now good friend, Tracey Jewel.

“She [Tracey] actually texted me earlier to wish me luck and says she hopes I have a good day,” Dean said as he walked the red carpet alongside his other former flame, Davina Rankin.

“So we chat a little bit. It’s a shame she couldn’t be here,” he added.

While Dean and Davina attended TV’s big night alongside some other MAFS co-stars, not everyone from the controversial Channel Nine show got an invite to the exclusive event.

“No, not everyone got invited,” Dean explained to Be.

“They couldn’t bring everyone I guess because there’s too many people. She didn’t get the call-up.”

While Dean may be in contact with Tracey, there’s no chance of the pair rekindling their romance.

Rather Dean is giving love another crack with a mystery woman.

“I’ve sort of been seeing a girl a little bit but that’s a secret, I don’t really want to go too far into it,” he told Be.

Well, if Dean’s experience on MAFS is anything to go by, it hasn’t taken long for his secrets to be outed.
