Manu Feildel's cute dad moment

Celebrity chef Manu Feildel has had his work cut out for him during this very dramatic season of My Kitchen Rules.

But with filming done and dusted, the 44-year-old can enjoy some down time, whether that be whipping up some of his favourite treats in the kitchen, or spending time with his loved ones.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Manu shared a sweet photo of him with his two children, Jonti and Charlee.

“So nice to stop sometimes and spend some quality time with your kids, life flies by to fast (sic),” the famous cook captioned the image.

Manu and his wife Clarissa welcomed daughter Charlee back in February 2015.

He also has a teenage son Jonti from a previous relationship.

One thing’s for sure, this famous dad will be whipping up the yummiest treats for his kids. Lucky them!
