Bizarre twist in Ali's first Bachelorette cocktail party

She’s set to appear on reality television for the third time in a bid to find love, so Bachelorette producers have certainly searched far and wide to find Ali Oetjen’s Mr Right.

The new promo for the upcoming Channel Ten series shows a true variety of men lining up to impress the real estate agent.

“What I’ve learnt about love is to take it slower. The old Ali would’ve fallen in love with the first person that gets out of the car,” she’s heard saying in a voiceover.

Well Ali, you’re certainly spoilt for choice.

Forget the usual catwalk-style stride down the rose petal-laden path, one suitor arrives on a cool segway.

Another gives a gigantic teddy bear a piggyback on his way in. No doubt perfect for her personal soft toy collection.

This guy is ready to get the party started real early with some dance moves.

And this one’s pretty confident he’s the next Honey Badger with his fancy footwork.

Ali may have said she’s looking for her knight in shining armour, but she probably meant a smart tuxedo as opposed to the metal goods this man brought with him to the mansion.

Meanwhile we were waiting for the crickets’ noise. This guy promised a real awkward first encounter.

“I got you a kangaroo pouch,” he proudly said as he handed over a small gift.

“Made out of kangaroo… skin?” Ali responded.

“Scrotum,” he clarified. Lovely.

Now this guy is just teasing us. How can you resist when there’s a baby goat in the picture?

So far, he’s our pick for the first rose.

The Bachelorette will premiere later this year on Channel Ten after The Bachelor starring Nick Cummins finishes.
