Megan Marx opens up about 'why she looks different'

Megan Marx has opened up about the plastic surgery she has undergone.

Taking to her Instagram, the Bachelor In Paradise star addressed a question she’s been receiving over and over, “Why do you look different?”

The 29-year-old admitted she has, in fact, gone under the knife.

“After a lot of consideration (and excitement), I had rhinoplasty and a lip lift with @drzacharia,” Megan admitted.

The reality star also praised her “amazing” boyfriend Jake Ellis for helping her “through the whole experience”.

The comments section of her Instagram post was soon flooded with questions from fans about her experience, including one person who asked if she was “honestly happy” with the results.

“Yep happy with it!” Megan replied. “No regrets, although the healing process was a bit tough!”

Back in April, Megan opened up to NW revealing she underwent her first surgery – a boob job – when she was 18-years-old.

She also opened up about her nose job and lip lift to the magazine.
