Meghan Markle's controversial half-sister tipped for Celebrity Big Brother

She spent the months before the royal wedding airing her sister, Meghan Markle’s, dirty laundry to pretty much anybody who would listen.

And now it looks like Samantha Markle is set to have a bigger audience where she can share her opinions, as it’s been reported she’s about to appear on Celebrity Big Brother.

According to numerous reports, the 53-year-old is in talks with the Channel 4 show in the UK, which runs for six weeks.

“The theme for this summer’s CBB series is understood to be “Scandal” so Sam is ideal for this,” a source told the Daily Star.

Samantha has made no secret of the fact that her half-sister, Meghan Markle, didn’t send her an invitation to her wedding to Prince Harry back in May.

Clearly enraged by the bride’s guest list, Samantha went on a public rant about how the Markles were excluded from the royal wedding – despite the fact that she and Meghan’s half-brother Thomas Markle Jr, have repeatedly spoken out disparagingly about their famous sister.

“The Markle family is looking forward to our wedding invites,” she wrote on Twitter. “No-one has one yet. Still waiting. I hope London is wheelchair friendly. Excited!”

When Samantha, who has Multiple Sclerosis and uses a wheelchair, was confronted by people pointing out the lack of closeness between the sisters, she hit back.

“At issue is not a matter of closeness as more than 1000 complete strangers are invited. Family is family,” she said.

“Out of respect, tradition, and humanitarianism, the #Markles should be invited.

“Our uncle who got her the internship, brother, me, best friend of 30 years Nikki Priddy, nephews. Fact.”

Samantha was furious about the snub, despite the fact that she admits she hasn’t spoken to Meghan in nearly ten years.
