Where was Meghan’s curtsy to the Queen?

It was the unconventional royal wedding ceremony that saw Meghan Markle sail through potentially disastrous situations such as wayward page boys and an awkwardly lengthy sermon.

But royal watchers have been left shocked by a possible faux pas that could see Meghan’s marriage into the royal family get off to a terrible start.

Meghan and Harry were seen facing the Queen as they re-entered the chapel after their vows.

Social media went into overdrive over Meghan’s apparent lack of curtsy.
Social media went into overdrive over Meghan’s apparent lack of curtsy.

The couple were seen re-entering the chapel after taking a break after exchanging their vows, with royal watchers expecting them to curtsy to the Queen and pay their respects.

However the footage streamed out to the world showed the newlyweds facing the Queen, before cutting to Doria’s beaming face as she blinked back tears.

Meghan and Harry’s page boy and bridesmaid were then shown patiently waiting, holding the bride’s train and bouquet.

The camera then cut back to Meghan and Harry, who start singing God Save the Queen.

Twitter went into the meltdown over Meghan potentially throwing shade at her brand new grandma-in-law.

Despite the lack of curtsy, it’s since been reported that some unfortunate camera work missed Meghan’s first curtsy to the Queen as part of the royal family.

FAIL.
