Melania Trump copies Meghan Markle's signature style

Stepping off the plane at London Stansted Airport, Melania Trump looked chic in a form-fitting, stone-coloured Roland Mouret midi dress.

Interestingly, Mouret is the same designer who dressed Meghan Markle during her two-day tour of Ireland with Prince Harry earlier this week.

Melania’s dress features a boat neckline, which has become Meghan’s signature cut, causing people to draw similarities between the two ladies’ looks.

The couple’s visit to the UK follows a brief stint in Belgium, where the Trumps met with state officials for the NATO summit.

Typically, the First Lady’s European visit so far has showcased her extensive and pricey wardrobe.

Arriving in Belgium, Melania wore a $2,690 Burberry trench coat before later changing into a navy, fit-and-flare Calvin Klein dress costing $3,367.

Her final look of the trip was an appliquéd Elie Saab gown, worn during a visit to Parc du Cinquantenaire.

During their UK visit, the Trumps are headed to Blenheim Palace where they spent time with prime minister Theresa May before heading to Windsor Castle tomorrow to meet the Queen.

After, Trump is expected to head to Scotland to spend the weekend playing golf.

Trump’s visit to the UK has proven highly controversial, with protests expected to take place across the country.

In her seventeen months as First Lady, Melania has made some controversial fashion choices.

The latest of which was her frankly bizarre decision to wear a jacket baring the slogan “I really don’t care, do u?” to visit some of the 2,000 detained immigrant children in a care facility at the border of Mexico, having been separated from their parents.
