Olivia Newton-John's daughter Chloe Lattanzi has sparked rumours that she's gone under the knife with her latest red carpet appearance.

Chloe stepped out in the spotlight for an episode of US Dancing With The Stars and showed a dramatic difference in looks compared to her earlier years,

The 29-year-old singer's plumped up lips and enlarged breasts prompted Twitter user to accuse her of having gone under the knife for breast enlargement surgery and Botox.

Although Chloe has never admitted to having had any work done, she revealed that she had lip fillers years ago.

'I got injections years ago and they just stayed big lol,' the actress' daughter explained, claiming that her pillowy lips are a result of a self-suction device that causes them to swell.

In 2013, Chloe went to rehab for seven months to overcome cocaine and alcohol abuse.

Chloe says recovering was a process of 'working on yourself, healing. It's years and years and years of life experience.'
