Nikki responds to Richie dating rumours

After his split from Alex Nation was seemingly confirmed, rumours swirled Richie Strahan had run back into the arms of ex Nikki Gogan.

But if Bachelor fans were hoping for a reunion they might have to wait a little longer with the runner-up of the match-making show responding to the claims and denying she's back with Mr. Cool Bananas.

After posting a fashionable photo of herself on Instagram, fans demanded answers on whether she was back with Richie.

"Are you and Ritchie dating now?" asked follower @danahinchcliffe.

Seeing the question, the Perth-based beauty replied directly saying, "Hi @danahinchcliffe no, we aren't x."

In an interesting twist, Alex Nation, the woman Richie chose over Nikki, also commented on the photo, calling her former competitor and "absolute beauty".

However there's clearly no blood between the former love rivals, with Nikki also replying and wishing Alex a happy birthday.

"@alexandranation Happy Birthday beauty. May all of your Birthday wishes come true xxx," Nikki wrote.

Earlier this week New Idea reported Alex and Richie had called time on their excessive PDA and the mother-of-one had "found love in the arms of a woman", 31-year-old Melbourne chef Maegan Luxa.
