Ocean's 8 stars bring TV host to tears
It’s always great when you get on with your colleagues.
It appears that was certainly the case for Ocean’s 8 co-stars (or colleagues) Cate Blanchett and Sarah Paulson – the pair get on like a house on fire.
So much so, they could barely get through a recent interview on US morning show Today without laughing and they also brought interviewer Hoda Kotb to tears… of laughter.
Exchanging sibling-like insults, the co-stars made it nearly impossible for Kotb to ask questions about the film.
“You came wearing that? Get a stylist,” Blanchett griped jokingly to co-star.
“I got it from your mum,” Paulson replied.
It got to the point where Kotb could barely contain her laughter or tears.
From there on out Paulson and Blanchett made gripe after gripe at one another, proving they really must be the best of pals.
“Can we talk about the movie, please?” Blanchett said suddenly with Paulson adding in agreement to talk about “anything but [Cate]”.
The pair then proceeded to compare how many Emmy Awards and Oscar Awards they have on each other.
You get the gist. The whole interview pretty much goes on like that for six minutes.
It’s made us fall totally in love with the hilarious friendship of Sarah Paulson and Cate Blanchett.
