Footage of a Hawaiian Airlines baggage handler roughly tossing passengers’ bags onto a conveyor belt has sparked outrage online.
The video was reportedly filmed at Honolulu airport, before it was posted on Twitter, causing travellers everywhere to condemn the careless actions.
“The mystery of all my broken suitcases is solved — this is the ground crew at Honolulu loading up a @HawaiianAir flight to Phoenix,” the tweet alongside the video read.

“This makes my blood boil,” was just one of the many responses.
Some did try and stand up for the worker, highlighting that people shouldn’t be too quick to judge.
The airline has since responded, apologising for the incident.
“We’re very sorry to see this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention,” they wrote in a response on Twitter.
“The way these bags were handled is not acceptable and our Airport Operations Management team is addressing this situation. Thank you.”
