Turia Pitt shares intimate breastfeeding photo
Turia Pitt has shared an intimate photo of her breastfeeding her son Hakavai, gushing just how in love she is with her newborn.
The 30-year-old shared the snap of her gazing down at her son while feeding, clearly relishing her new motherhood role.
“My love for you is illimitable,” Turia captioned the photo.
While mum and bub are now in sync when it comes to feeding, Turia admits that wasn’t always the case following Hakavai’s birth in early December.
“I actually found breastfeeding really hard at the beginning," Turia shared on Instagram last month.
"But then I realised it was the first time I’d ever breastfed and it was Hakavai’s first time too and the first time you try anything new you’re not going to be an expert at it!
“We’re not experts (yet) but we’re definitely getting the hang of it.”
It’s the first child for inspirational burns survivor Turia and her fiancé Michael Hoskin, with the couple admitting they are “slightly sleep deprived but stoked” at the arrival of their son.
