Paris scrubs graffiti off Michael Jackson's star
Two weeks out from the nine year anniversary of her father’s death, Paris Jackson, has been left to scrub graffiti off the Michael Jackson star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Paris posted a photo of herself down on her hands and knees scrubbing the red graffiti off the pavement.
“Some people have no f***ing respect,” she said on Instagram.
The 20-year-old was informed of the vandalism by a friend and immediately went to a supermarket nearby to pick up cleaning supplies.
However, the star isn’t actually her father’s but belongs to another Michael Jackson – a British/American radio commentator popular in the 1970s.
“I understand that there is a difference between the radio emblem and the record, but a name is a name,” Paris said on Instagram.
Paris’ father, legendary pop icon Michael Jackson, passed away on 23 June 2009.
His Hollywood Walk of Fame star was unveiled in November 1984.
