40 ml Campari
20 ml Antico Rosso vermouth
20 ml MONIN Blood Orange syrup
120 ml Perrier
2 lemon slices
Orange twist


In a mixing glass add Campari, vermouth and MONIN Blood Orange syrup. Cover with ice and stir to chill. In a tall pilsner glass, pour 20 ml of cocktail mix. Add a slice of lemon in order to seal in the drink, and then pour over 60ml of cold Perrier. Place another lemon slice over the Perrier and pour 60ml of cocktail and repeat the process with the chilled Perrier. As a finish ad twists of orange peels and leave it in the Perrier.
