Mum-to-be slammed for abortion blackmail threat

A woman has been slammed on Twitter after she threatened to terminate her pregnancy if she didn’t get enough retweets. But is everything as it seems?

The woman from Florida, known only as saipanting, shared a photo of herself last week with the caption, “4 months pregnant. 4k RTs & I won't abort it”.

It’s not clear if the woman is actually pregnant, but her post drew a large reaction and over 10K retweets.

Some were encouraging the woman to seek professional help, while others were questioning whether the whole annoucement was actually fake.

Adding to the probability of the whole thing being staged was an accompanying thread where a person appearing to be her ex boyfriend started responding to saipanting's tweets.

He was apparently shocked by her pregnancy announcement, but things got out of hand when he accused her of selling his dog to buy concert tickets, before a second woman claiming to be his pregnant with his child chimed in.
