Your average toddler may not sit still enough for you to wash the food off their faces, but when you’re a royal toddler living in Kensington Palace being well groomed isn’t optional.

Prince George, the 21-month-old son of Prince William and Kate Middleton made a public appearance on May 2 to meet his new baby sister, Princess Charlotte.

While the world waited in anticipation of the new arrival, eyes were also glued to the little Prince, whose wave, blue sweater, and button-own shirt echoed his father’s.

And his adorable blond hair, impeccably combed to the side.

People confirms that the toddler already has some fancy grooming products in his arsenal - namely Original Sprout Natural Hair Gel, a vegan hair care product designed to be safe for babies.

A brand spokesperson told the media outlet that the gel - made with rosemary, cranberry, cucumber, and calendula - helps tame Prince George’s flyaways.

“It’s all vegan, free from nasties,” the brand representative told People. “And our gel doesn’t make the hair rigid, crispy or crunchy – it’s very light.”

Apparently the US-made baby product was purchased by a member of Kate Middleton’s family at Trotters, a children’s storeLondon.

The retailer, which has an in-store hair salon, for kids is known to be a shopping destination frequented by the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister.

Original Sprout is quite thrilled with Prince George’s hairstyle on the day of his sister’s arrival.

“It was a classic 1950s style that all the guys are doing at the moment,” the brand told People. “He looked very styled and all spruced him up to see his little sister!”

If his parent’s are any indication, we can’t wait to see how Prince George and Princess Charlotte grow up to be lovely, beautifully-groomed children.
