Raspberry yoghurt freeze

300g frozen raspberries
2 cups plain low-fat yoghurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
fresh yoghurt
mixed berries


1. Using a food processor, puree frozen raspberries with plain low-fat yoghurt and brown sugar. Process until combined.

2. Serve immediately or freeze in small portions. Top with fresh yoghurt and mixed berries to serve.
