The best way to get onto our lists is to take some things off. And the best way to take things off, is to learn to say no. Ask yourself, what's the worst that could happen if you say no? If the world won't stop turning, do it. Practise saying no in the mirror. Start small.

Focus on yourself
Value your own needs. You deserve to be remembered more than the laundry. Make appointments with yourself. Book them into your diary like you would real meetings. Because they are.
Enjoy some You time
Start the day with you in mind. Get up a little bit earlier and fit your time in before the whole world comes clamouring for theirs.
Do it together
Get a buddy to exercise with. Partner up, share stories, tips and recipe ideas.
Leave yourself reminders
Make it easier to remember you. Fill the fridge with mangoes not chocolate cake. Put your exercise plan where you'll see it. On your computer. In your diary. On the bathroom mirror.
