Rihanna awkwardly snubs SZA fangirling at Met Gala

With cameras left, right and centre at the Met Gala there’s bound to be an awkward moment or two caught.

2018 was no different.

Unfortunately SZA was victim to being snubbed by the queen of the Met Gala, Rihanna.

Even more awkwardly, she was kind of fangirling over RiRi when she was snubbed. Oh deaaaaar.

In the video above, SZA was discussing the dress she was wearing when suddenly Rihanna appears behind her.

She immediately turns her head and walks over to the star, seeming to call her name.

Much to the 27-year-old’s dismay she was ignored by Queen RiRi.

Some fans also noticed the snub.

But we’re reckoning Rihanna just didn’t hear or see SZA.

The pair have worked together in the past evening collaborating with each other on the hit track ‘Consideration’.

They performed the song together at the 2016 Brit Awards.

It’s RiRi’s big night hosting the Met Gala, she must’ve just been overwhelmed.
