400g each potatoes and pumpkin, chopped
1 onion, cut into quarters
3 zucchini, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, halved lengthways
8 cloves garlic, skins on
4 cups prepared vegetable or chicken stock
1 Turkish bread loaf, sliced into 1cm slices
