Ryan Reynolds singing in a unicorn costume will make your day
In a truly surprising turn of events, Hollywood A-Lister Ryan Reynold’s can sing.
Appearing on a Korean competition show King of Mask Singer, while promoting his new flick Deadpool 2, the Canadian actor surprised the studio audience (and the rest of the world) with a killer rendition of ‘Tomorrow’ from Annie.
Dressed in a glittery unicorn mask (with matching cape), the audience and judges had zero idea who was underneath until the mask came off…. and they actually went bananas (video below).
The 41-year-old is the first Western contestant to appear on the show and judging the reaction on and after the show, will not be the last.
Ryan, safely back home in New York after a whirlwind trip around the globe, has appeared with his wife Blake Lively at the premiere of his new Marvel film, and as usual, they are couple goals.
The star-studded event featured Ryan’s co-stars, 26-year-old Zazie Beetz, Gotham actress Morena Baccarin and Brooklyn Nine Nine’s Terry Crews.
If you’re thinking of seeing the new flick, however, Ryan does not want you to spoil it for everyone else.
The star posted a pic to Instagram, written by Dead pool himself, asking fans not to spoil the ending of the movie.
“Only a handful of people know the film’s true plot. One of them is not Ryan Reynolds,” Ryan‘s “character” wrote.
“We’re asking that when you see Deadpool 2, you don’t say a f***ing word about the fun s**t in the movie. Cause it’d be super lame to spoil the fact that Deadpool dies in this one. Kidding. Not kidding. Kidding?”
Deadpool 2 opens in Australian cinemas on 16 May.
