Did you spot the TV fail on Australia's newest dating show?

It seems Australia just can’t get enough of dating shows.

We’ve already got The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Married At First Sight and Love Island, just to name a few, and last night Channel Seven added another to that list with the premiere of Take Me Out.

The show – which is hosted by Joel Creasey and sees single men try to get a date with one of 30 female contestants – was a hit on Twitter and quickly started trending.

But some keen-eyed viewers noticed that the network suffered a bit of TV fail during Monday night’s debut episode.

During a commercial break mid-way through the program, an ad played to promote the show’s premiere “tomorrow”, but of course, the premiere was already well under way. Watch the video above to see for yourself.

The mistake was repeated twice and certainly didn’t go unnoticed by confused viewers.

Some viewers were also quick to point out that there were having a serious case of déjà vu while watching the show.

The show is pretty much identical to Chinese dating show If You Are The One, which currently airs on SBS.

Ironically, host Joel Creasey opened the show declaring Take Me Out was “a dating show like no other”.

In fact, various versions of the programme air globally in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Philippines, America, Sweden, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Finland, Thailand, Germany, Italy, France, Malaysia, Taiwan, Canada (Quebec) and Lebanon.
