If blackheads are the bane of your life, it's time to rejoice because one woman has stumbled across the best way to clear your clogged pores once and for all
Posting an impressive before and after photo on Reddit, the anonymous woman's post has gone viral after she magically erased blackheads on her nose in just four weeks
User yoofka reveals her previous skincare regime used to consist of charcoal cleanser, followed by collagen-based moisturiser and Hyaluronic acid toner, and Botanicus Calendula Face Cream.
Now, the pore-free Reddit user has a very different regime, and she's shared the six steps and products that worked for her.

"Remove makeup with Lancôme Energie de vie cleansing oil," yoofka revealed.
"Exfoliate with NEOGEN Dermalogy Bio-Peel Gauze (green tea).
"Cleanse with Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser for all skin types.
"Apply Differin to a clean and dry face.
"Moisturise before toning with Aquafor Healing Ointment (this ointment works miracles).
"Tone with Akaran Moisture Lotion."
Claiming her skin "has never been more supple or texture-less", the 22-year-old also indulges in the occasional The Face Shop sheet masks to help get her glow on.
It's not the only beauty advice the Redditer has to give: she claims moisturising before toning can help give your skin a boost.
"I’ve just been taught from 13 y.o to always moisturise first to lock in the moisture and then tone afterwards because toner is never as moisturising," yoofka added.
"It’s worked for me; I went through a phase where I toned before (like everybody else lol) but I’ve always noticed that my skin was brighter and softer and more supple if I toned last, like my mom and grandma always taught me."
