Can you guess how old this Aussie model is?

Aussie model Abigail O'Neill is stunning the internet with her age-defying looks.

One look at her killer bikini body and glowing skin and you’d never guess that she’s a 43-year-old mum-of-three to two sons and a daughter aged 18, 21 and 23.

Abigail, originally from Byron Bay, NSW, has shared the secrets to her incredibly youthful looks.

“People are curious as to what I put on my skin,” she wrote on her Facebook.

“The truth is, not much! Since very young I have known that the skin must breathe to be healthy and beautiful.

“So I don’t wear make-up ever, unless required for a photoshoot or very special occasion.”

The model who regularly photos images from her shoots online, as well as her time spent outdoors, swimming in streams and jumping off waterfalls says her daily routine involves a lot.

“In a nutshell - clean eating, hydration, daily consumption of raw chocolate, hydrotherapy, rest, trust (letting go of stress), exercise, no alcohol or processed foods and plenty of sunshine,” she told the Daily Mail.

Abigail also loves hydrotherapy and one of her fav wellness practices is finishing any exercise or hot bath and showers with an invigorating cold blast, regardless of the season.

She also starts every morning by cooking a superfood breakfast for her family and eats only organic, mostly raw, plant-based, locally grown produce.

Surprisingly she also swears by raw chocolate – saying it’s the 'superfood' is the secret to her ageless complexion.

The final piece of the puzzle is spending as much time outdoors as she can outdoors, going for four to six kilometre walks, surfing, gardening and swimming.

While she has lived this way for three decades, Abigail says it’s never too late to start.

“Your body will always thank you for treating it well.”
