Chuando Tan's Instagram is a sea of shirtless pics showing off his ripped body, boyish grin and hot fashion choices.

He's just like millions of other young, sexy Insta models – apart from just one thing: he's 50 years old.

That's right, the Singaporean photographer was born in 1967.

That means he was born before Neil Armstrong walked on the moon.

Before the Beatles released Yellow Submarine.

Before Jaws, the world's first-ever "blockbuster" movie, came out in cinemas.

We could go on, but you get the idea.

Chuando claims the secret to his youthful good looks is a combo of regular workouts – that part is pretty obvious just from looking at his torso tbh – and never bathing early in the morning or late at night.

Now the rest of us just need to figure out how we can schedule lunchtime showers into our day.
