She’s never submitted to the pressure to be stick thin, and men and women alike love her for it. But the journey to self acceptance isn’t always an easy one for miss Hayek.
She told O, The Oprah Magazine: "I do have thighs and a butt. I have cellulite. I fight with it every day. I don't exercise, I eat pork, and I love my red wine. But, yes, I am beautiful and famous—and yet the things I like about myself have nothing to do with that, because I don't use wealth and beauty to define myself."
The actress/singer, who is as famous for showing off her curves unashamedly in figure hugging dresses, has once admitted to firing a manager who told her to lose weight.
“I was just so infuriated that somebody said you couldn’t have a little extra meat on you – because I was by no means fat! That was so mean and closed-minded. I was like: ‘No, this is who I am and this is the type of woman that I grew up with and it was beautiful and there’s no reason to be anybody but myself.’

She’s dropped some of the 20kgs put on after the birth of her son Max, but she’s still kept her killer curves, and Xtina is looking better than ever!
"Actually, the challenge I've always had is being too thin, so I love that now I have a booty and obviously I love showing my cleavage," reports the Global Grind. "Hey, if you can work it and you can own it, that confidence is going to shine through."
From grabbing headlines for her tiny figure during the Dukes Of Hazards roles, and for that ‘bad jeans day’, the media has always seemed to focus on Jessica Simpson weight. But now, the expecting mum has now accepted that she has curves in all the right places, and has even helped her clothes empire.
"I got so much scrutiny for putting on extra pounds, but I think that the decision not to make myself anorexic was actually great for branding. Because when you're really, really skinny, not everybody can relate to you."
Always seeming to struggle alongside her petite sisters, Khloe has recently embraced her curves, and has learnt to silence the criticism.
"A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and people still wanted to criticize. And honestly, I’m happy with myself if I’m a little heavier," Khloe Kardashian told Glamour magazine. "I realized: 'Why am I trying to conform to someone else’s idea of beauty?' I think I’m beautiful either way."

Beyonce recently said: 'I'm not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape.' Not everyone is supposed to be the same. Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you, you.”
The Diva’s weight has always fluctuated, but after the birth of her twins, is openly embracing her legendry curves, after laughing off the media’s obsession with her weight as “ridiculous.”
She vowed never to exercise, but the cookbook author, who was famous for unapologetically enjoying her food has admitted that she “got to an age where it was either eat less or move more.”
But even though she’s dropped a couple of dress sizes, she says she still likes the part of her body that jiggle.
"I just had to grow to love my body,” said the voluptuous actress. “I'm either going to love me or hate me. And I chose to love myself."

She became a big star in Hollywood thanks to her generous curves, but a healthy body is the new focus for Rebel, after signing on as the Australian face of Jenny Craig last year.
“I’m really feeling great now,” she wrote on the Jenny Craig site last year. “I am actually having to donate some of my clothes that are now too big for me.
“I just want to continue my weight-loss journey. I can’t wait to get rid of my fat clothes – all those tents and elastic waistbands – because I’m not planning on ever gaining weight again.”
She's the Welsh woman famed for her signature curves. And while her weight has fluctuated from curvy to thin and back again between acting roles and pregnancies, Catherine always knows how to flaunt what she’s got.
The Grammy winning songstress insists she is proud to be a role model for the curvier woman.
“I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that.”
“It’s just never been an issue – at least, I’ve never hung out with the sort of horrible people who make it an issue.”
She is as fiery in real life as her on-screen persona, and Sofia Vergara has always maintained her famous curves have helped get her to where she is today.
She told Self: "When I was 13, I got these ridiculous boobs. It's hard to dress. No matter what I wear, I look like a stripper. That said, I'm grateful I have them, and honestly, they've helped me a lot in my career. And I've always felt sexy."
The Mad Men starlet, who was even pressured to have a breast reduction when she first got into acting, insists she loves her curves that have made her famous, and so do we!
"Back when I was modeling, the first time I went to Italy I was having cappuccinos every day, and I gained 15 pounds. And I felt gorgeous! I would take my clothes off in front of the mirror and be like, Oh, I look like a woman. And I felt beautiful, and I never tried to lose it, 'cause I loved it," the "Mad Men" star told Health magazine.
