Tiffiny Hall sheds 21kg baby weight in four months

Tiffiny Hall has revealed that she has lost an incredible 21kg since she gave birth to her baby son, Arnold, just four months ago.

The 33-year-old former The Biggest Loser trainer gained 30kg when she was pregnant and has had to completely rebuild her core strength in the past months.

Speaking to news.com.au, the fit mum revealed she’s getting back into shape by taking her beautiful boy outside for walks in his pram and doing home workouts for 20 minutes a day, six times a week.

“I’ve had to start on the lowest fitness level. I have a long way to go,” she said.

“I don’t regret a single kilo or sausage roll and I know when the time comes to get fit and be back in shape, I’ll be able to do it.

“I may never get back to my size six hips and my washboard abs, but I’m comfortable with that.”

Hall documented her whole pregnancy journey on Instagram and her post-pregnancy recovery is no different.

She told her 117,000 followers in October that she is proud of her body for creating “that little Ninja”.

“My body did that. So, the way I see it, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been,” she said.

“Ninjas come in all shapes and sizes, the goal is to work on the happy just as much as the fit.

“It is sooooo important to be happy and healthy and imperative to be a Ninja and to have the support of an amazing community.”
