Biggest Loser's Sam shares emotional post to mark 10 years since show
It's been 10 years since Sam Rouen took the title of The Biggest Loser after dropping 71kg.

It may be hard to believe but the reality TV star-turned-fireman-babe reminded us it's been a decade since we met the chubby 19-year-old on the weight-loss show with an emotional Facebook post.
"Wasn't sure if I was going to do this post," Sam wrote on Facebook with a before and after pic.
"However, 10 years hey. What a time. So much has happened, good, bad, everything between. Highest highs and lowest lows. All I know is I've got some amazing people in my corner and I'm unconditionally appreciative of that."
Sam was 154kg when he first appeared on the Channel 10 ratings runaway and has managed to keep the weight off since, a plight he says hasn't always been easy.
He posted a cheeky Snapchat pic to his Instagram last year announcing he was giving up ice-cream in the lead up to 'calendar day.'
"I keep saying no ice cream, however...." he wrote with the hash-tags: "no will power', 'firefighter calendar', 'calendar season', 'not another selfie', 'icecream addict."
Over the past decade Sam has appeared in several New South Wales Firefighters Calendars, returned to The Biggest Loser as a guest and found love with flight attendant Daniella Schot.
Sam popped the question to Daniella last year, although his Facebook status says he is now 'single.'
