45ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Float(max 10ml) Crème de Mure
Add the Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and sugar to the glass and stir to mix. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Drizzle the Crème de Mure over the top and watch it ‘marble’ through the drink. Garnish with 1 blackberry (or raspberry if not available) and 2 lemon slices.
