Big, bold and brushier brows may have made a comeback over recent years, but Sophia Hadjipanteli has taken things a step further.

The model, who is also currently studying at the University of Maryland, has become a social media sensation showing off her monobrow. Yep, that's right, a monobrow!

"I am not really doing this to show people that they have to like [my monobrow]. I am more so doing it to show people that they can get on with their lives by having a preference," Sophia told Harper’s Bazaar.

She's even started her own hashtag #UnibrowMovement on Instagram, also telling the publication: "Until people start to accept others for this specific feature on their face, I won’t feel ready to move on from it."

The Greek Cypriot beauty added that while she thinks her bushy brows suit her, it's "totally cool" if others aren't willing to let their brows grow out just yet.

And while you wouldn't think there would be a whole of maintaince required for a monobrow, Sophia also shared what it takes to keep her brows looking on point.

A natural blonde, Sophia said it was by accident she enhanced her brows when she mistakenly dyed them black, instead of tinting them, however liking the outcome she's kept up the dye to enhance the facial features.

And to keep them tame, Sophia added she covers her brows in castor oil every night before bed to stimulate growth.
