Just two days after claiming he was done with speaking to the press, Thomas Markle is at it again.
Following his so-called ‘last interview’ with The Sun on Sunday Meghan Markle’s father has now responded to TMZ about reports that his daughter and Prince Harry were unhappy about him participating in paid interviews.
Thomas appears rather unfazed by their disapproval, saying all he wants out of it is to speak Meghan and the royal family.
“I was silent for a full year and the press beat me up every day saying I was a hermit hiding in Mexico, so I gave my story,” he said.

“Apparently, that interview put the Royal Family in their silence mode … so, I gave another interview to break the silence. All they have to do is speak to me.”
In fact, Thomas goes on to say that he is ‘enjoying’ the tension it’s causing for the high-profile royal family.
“Tomorrow is my birthday, 74 years old, and I’m enjoying the fact that I can make the entire Royal Family not speak and maybe I can get a laugh out of the Duchess.”
Thomas – who hasn’t spoken to his daughter since her wedding to Prince Harry – has previously revealed this is the longest he has gone without speaking to Meghan, now the Duchess of Sussex.
