Today show star announces baby news

This morning’s episode of the Today show featured a very exciting baby announcement from one of the cast.

Weather presenter Natalia Cooper revealed she’s pregnant live on the Channel Nine breakfast TV show.

This will be the first child for Natalia and her husband, musician Carl Fox, whom she married in 2016.

“I have a long-range forecast for February and it has nothing to do with the weather,” said the 34-year-old.

“I’m forecasting a lot of sleepless nights for me because my husband Carl and I are having a baby.”

Of course, Natalia’s Today co-stars including Karl Stefanovic, Georgie Gardner and Syliva Jeffreys were thrilled about the TV presenter’s baby joy.

Just over half way through her pregnancy, Natalia doesn’t know whether she’s having a boy or girl.

“The ultrasound lady said, we don’t know if it’s a boy or girl, but it was moving around so much and jumping around she said if it’s a boy or girl, either way it has a whole lot of character,” she said.

As for her pregnancy journey so far, she revealed she’s been craving cereal such as Cornflakes and Rice Bubbles, and has been experiencing some morning sickness.

“The first 12 weeks I had a bit, yeah, definitely felt a bit queasy and had to eat a lot,” she admitted.

“I have a lot of family and friends that have had it a lot worse.”
