WATCH: Epic battle for lunch as impala is hunted by wild dogs, a hippo AND a crocodile

This impala had nowhere to run.

It started out as a wild dog hunt but then took an epic turn of events as a crocodile and a hippo got involved.

The video kicks off immediately with the impala jumping into Transport Dam in Kruger National Park to get away from the wild dogs. After that, it is forced to go back into the dam where it is then confronted by a herd of hippos.

You can see the impala scuffling in an attempt to stay alive.

It ends up getting chased back in the water by the wild dog pack only to find itself in a crocodile's sights.

Not to be outdone‚ the hippos and even a fish eagle get involved‚ but it was all too late for the impala.
