This airline encourages you to join the mile high club

It’s one of the things to tick off the sex bucket list, but when it comes to joining the mile high club, there’s often just a few too many obstacles in the way.

Eagle-eyed airline hostesses are there to thwart your every move, there’s always a queue for the loo, and don’t get us started on the sheer gymnastics (and germ factor) involved in getting down in a cramped plane toilet.

That’s where Flamingo Air steps in. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the airline has the only full-time flight service dedicated to people who want to take their bedroom antics to new heights.

A cushioned bed, blankets and privacy curtains are all provided for passenger comfort, and the pilot wears headphones to tune out any mid-air hijinks that might be happening behind him.

“Our passengers never land in a fully upright position,” airline president David MacDonald told news.com.au. “Passengers get champagne, chocolates and a very discreet pilot. It is something really fun to do with someone special.”

Flights depart about three times a week, and will set you back about $620 for a one-hour flight.
