Tanera Mòr is 766 acres, and is home to a fish farm, a small sailing school, café, nine cottages and a post office, which has operated its own local post and printed its own stamps since 1970.

There’s also a heap of diverse wildlife on the isle and the current owners have planted more than 164,000 trees as part of a woodland regeneration scheme.

But it doesn’t come cheap!

The asking price is $3.3m (AU) or just under one million dollars for a lot.
