Can you spot the skier?

It might just look like a picturesque mountain - but there's actually a skier gliding down the slopes!

The stunning snowscape in Chamonix, France, nearly washes out the skier as he blends in with his awe-inspiring surroundings.

Jeremy Bernard, who lives in the Alps, had the hard job of photographing 28-year-old Sam Favret as he sped down the mountains.

"It’s so much fun and so beautiful from the sky, but I'm always conscious of safety," Bernard said.

"It’s very important we keep contact with the athletes.

"Anything can happen and we need to be able to have radio contact at all times."

Jeremy snapped his pal from a helicopter which, allowed for the beautiful long-distance shots.

"Most of the time I hike and skiing with the skiers, but on this occasion we used a helicopter," Bernard added.

"It makes it easier to reach the mountains, but I don't always know if the shots I'm going to get from so far away will be any good."
